Yes. You can reschedule or cancel free of charge up to 12 hours before your appointment from your account. Cancellations inside 12 hours may incur a small fee to cover the detailer’s time.

No. Our detailers arrive fully self-contained — they bring their own water and power. All we need is space to work safely around the vehicle.

Payments are handled securely online through Stripe. We accept all major debit and credit cards. Your card is only charged once the service is confirmed.

Yes. All prices shown include VAT at the prevailing UK rate. Your receipt itemises the VAT element for your records.

If you’re not happy with a completed detail, contact us within 48 hours and we’ll put it right — typically by re-doing the work or issuing a partial or full refund through Stripe.

A VAT receipt is emailed automatically after every completed booking, and all your receipts are available any time in your account.

Essential covers a thorough exterior wash, wheels and glass. Premium adds full interior care and protection. Elite is a complete concours-level detail. The full breakdown is on our pricing section.

Roughly 30–45 minutes for Essential, 60–90 for Premium, and 3–4 hours for Elite. You don’t need to be present the whole time once the detailer has access.

Absolutely. Our detailers are trained to identify and care for ceramic coatings, paint protection film and vinyl wraps, using pH-neutral products and safe techniques.

Yes. Every job is backed by comprehensive insurance, and every detailer is vetted, reference-checked and trained to the HANDL standard before they take a booking.

We verify identity and right to work, check experience and references, and assess work quality before approval. Detailers are continually reviewed against customer ratings.
